Gap Coverage

The Gap Coverage Endorsement is issued as an endorsement to the commitment. It insures the buyer or lender against encumbrances that are recorded between the effective date of the commitment and the date the deed is recorded vesting title in the proposed insured.

All title commitments issued by Title Partners Agency, LLC contain Gap Coverage for our buyer and lending clients.
